Shipping policy
At GLO SKYN, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during high order volume, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $40 within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery of your package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. GLO SKYN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been shipped, we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement until the original package has been returned to our warehouse.
Once the package has been returned, we will contact you to arrange either:
• Reshipment of the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or
• Store credit for the returned items
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, GLO SKYN is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Shipping Delays
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By completing a purchase with GLO SKYN, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed on this website, including our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Terms of Service.
If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us directly first so we can work to resolve the matter.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution and could result in the dispute being formally challenged using order details, delivery confirmation, and the policies agreed to at checkout.
Orders that show confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout may not qualify for refunds or replacements.
